INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Ripe Avocado, mashed
- 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tbs Cashew Butter
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
METHOD:
- Preheat oven you 325°F and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- Mix together all ingredients and pour into the pan; sprinkle some additional chocolate chips on top and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let cool completely (refrigerate for 30 minutes to speed up the process) and then cut into squares - finish with a sprinkle of Malden salt on top.
